Advertiz3D does not sell, rent or trade personal data.

The contact form may process identity and contact details, company name, message content, technical browser data, IP address and a hashed version of the IP for security. Contact and prospect data are generally retained for 3 years after the last contact. Raw IP data are retained for no more than 30 days and security logs for 6 months, unless an incident justifies a limited extension.

The newsletter is operated through Brevo, uses double opt-in and collects only the email address. Consent covers Advertiz3D news, updates and offers. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Advertiz3D may contact business professionals using publicly available professional contact details where the communication is relevant to their role. Every recipient can object easily and free of charge. Advertiz3D does not purchase or rent contact lists.

The generic mailbox advertiz3d@gmail.com may be automatically summarized and labelled through n8n and OpenAI. This may involve sender identity, email address, organisation, message content required to generate a summary, metadata and a technical message identifier. Official @advertiz3d.com mailboxes are not subject to this workflow.

Data may be shared, when necessary, with hosting, messaging, newsletter, cloud or automated-processing providers, including Hostinger, Brevo, Google, OpenAI and YouTube, depending on the service used.

YouTube videos are embedded using youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube may nevertheless process information when the user starts a video. No Google Analytics or advertising pixel is currently declared. A consent banner will be added only if a technical audit identifies non-essential trackers loaded before user action.

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and portability, where applicable, by contacting privacy@advertiz3d.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes.
