This English version is provided for convenience. The French version prevails.
These terms are prepared for the future registered activity of Advertiz3D and apply only to professional customers.
Services may include digital strategy, websites, automation, AI integration, infrastructure, consulting, media production, YouTube channel management, maintenance and related services. The exact scope is defined in the quotation, contract, purchase order or written confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- 30% deposit before work starts;
- balance due on delivery, milestones or recurring billing;
- payment within 30 days;
- prices excluding taxes;
- late-payment penalties and the statutory EUR 40 recovery fee;
- work may be suspended for non-payment.
Deadlines are indicative unless expressly firm. They are suspended when the customer fails to provide required information, access, content or approval.
Deliverables are accepted by written approval or, when stated in the quotation, after 7 days without a substantiated objection. Corrective warranty: 30 days for reproducible defects attributable to Advertiz3D and falling outside the agreed scope.
Advertiz3D has a best-efforts obligation and does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, ranking, monetisation or platform decisions.
Rights expressly transferred in deliverables pass only after full payment. Advertiz3D retains all rights in pre-existing methods, templates, prompts, workflows, components, tools and know-how. Source files are supplied only when expressly included.
The customer warrants that it holds all rights and permissions for materials and data supplied and remains responsible for their legality.
Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, Advertiz3D’s aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant service during the previous 12 months. Indirect losses are excluded.
French law applies. After an amicable attempt, courts having jurisdiction over Advertiz3D’s registered office shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
