Advertiz3D does not sell, rent or trade personal data.

The contact form transmits the information entered to process the request: first and last name, email address, optional company, optional telephone number with country code, message and, where selected, the person’s intention to receive the Newsletter. Technical request identifiers, form language and the anti-bot challenge token are also processed for operation and security.

The Contact business record does not retain the raw IP address, originating page or a browsing profile. Technical security layers may transiently process connection data and signals required to prevent abuse without adding them to the Contact business record. Contact and prospect records are generally retained for 3 years after the last contact. Strictly technical security logs are retained only for the period required for abuse prevention, security and, where necessary, incident investigation according to the type of log concerned.

Advertiz3D directly manages Newsletter subscription and the evidence of consent. The only personal data entered specifically for Newsletter V1 is the email address. A subscription request may originate from a dedicated Newsletter form or from a separate optional Newsletter checkbox in the contact form. Newsletter consent is not required to submit or process a contact request.

Newsletter consent is explicit and separate. When the request originates from the contact form, an email verification already completed for that contact request is reused and is not repeated. When the request originates from the dedicated Newsletter form, Advertiz3D verifies control of the email address where necessary. Technical email verification proves control of the address only and never constitutes Newsletter consent.

A Newsletter-specific double opt-in confirmation is mandatory in every case before the subscription becomes active. Until that confirmation link is validated, the email address is not considered subscribed and is not transmitted to Brevo for marketing campaigns.

Advertiz3D keeps the authoritative record of the subscription, consent and withdrawal. Only after the double opt-in has been validated and the consent has been durably recorded by Advertiz3D may Brevo receive the email address for campaign delivery, the welcome message, technical deliverability management and unsubscribe processing. Brevo is not Advertiz3D's source of consent evidence.

Consent covers Advertiz3D newsletters, news, offers and promotions. Each marketing communication provides a simple unsubscribe mechanism. An unverified subscription request is retained for no more than 24 hours; an unused Newsletter double-opt-in confirmation for no more than 7 days; an active subscription until consent is withdrawn; and, in the absence of interaction, for no more than 3 years before retention is reassessed. After unsubscribe, unnecessary marketing data are deleted. A minimal pseudonymised suppression record and minimal evidence of consent and withdrawal may be kept in restricted storage for 5 years, unless a legal obligation or dispute justifies a different period.

Advertiz3D may contact business professionals using publicly available professional contact details where the communication is relevant to their role. Every recipient can object easily and free of charge. Advertiz3D does not purchase or rent contact lists.

The generic mailbox advertiz3d@gmail.com may be automatically summarized and labelled through n8n and OpenAI. This may involve sender identity, email address, organisation, message content required to generate a summary, metadata and a technical message identifier. Official @advertiz3d.com mailboxes are not subject to this workflow.

Data may be shared, when necessary, with hosting, messaging, security, newsletter, cloud or automated-processing providers. These may include Hostinger for hosting; Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-bot protection and the technical signals required for that security function; Brevo, only after a valid Newsletter subscription, for communication delivery, deliverability and technical unsubscribe management; Google and OpenAI for the uses described above; and YouTube when a user starts an embedded video.

The website uses browser local storage (localStorage) to remember the selected display theme (light or dark) and language. These functional preferences remain on the user's device and can be deleted through browser settings. This preference storage is not used for advertising or audience measurement.

YouTube videos are embedded using youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube may nevertheless process information when the user starts a video. No Google Analytics or advertising pixel is currently declared. Advertiz3D does not use an embedded Brevo form to collect Newsletter consent. Forms protected against abuse may load Cloudflare Turnstile technical resources required for anti-bot checks. A consent banner will be added if a technical audit identifies non-essential trackers that require prior consent.

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and portability, where applicable, by contacting privacy@advertiz3d.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes.
